Wrap Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality
automotive customization services. We provide limited warranties on certain
services and products to ensure customer confidence. This Warranty Policy
sets forth the terms, conditions, limitations, and procedures applicable to
warranty claims. By engaging our services, the customer (“you,” “your,” or
“client”) agrees to the terms below.
1. Warranty Coverage
a. Vinyl Wraps: Covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of
installation. Covers manufacturer defects, lifting at edges due to install
error, bubbling, and adhesion failure caused by improper application.
b. Paint Protection Film (PPF): Covered under a 10-year limited
manufacturer warranty for issues such as yellowing, cracking, delaminating,
and adhesive failure.
c. Ceramic Coating: Coverage depends on the product applied. Typically
includes 1 to 5-year protection against water spots, oxidation, and fading.
Proof of regular maintenance and inspections required.
2. What Is Not Covered
a. Damage due to misuse, neglect, improper care, impact, road debris, off-
roading, commercial use, weather exposure, chemical spills, vandalism, or
collisions.
b. Wear-and-tear or cosmetic degradation including fading, discoloration, or
minor scratches from everyday use.
c. Pre-existing damage to vehicle surface or compromised paint.
d. Customer-supplied parts or used components.
3. Warranty Void Conditions
a. Failure to follow post-service care instructions.
b. Any work performed on top of or in conflict with Wrap Labs’ services by a
third party.
c. Use of abrasive cleaning chemicals or pressure washing within the
restricted curing time.
4. Filing a Warranty Claim
a. Submit a claim in writing to hello@wraplabs.com with full name, service date, original invoice, photos of affected area, and description of the issue.
b. Vehicle must be brought in for in-person inspection within 14 days of
claim submission.
c. Upon verification, Wrap Labs may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace
the affected area at no additional cost.
5. Limitations of Liability
Wrap Labs’ maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of
repair or replacement of the affected component or service. Under no
circumstance shall Wrap Labs be liable for indirect, consequential, or
incidental damages, including vehicle downtime, rental expenses, or
business interruption.
6. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for
any disputes shall be in Ventura County, California.
