Due to the custom nature of our services, Wrap Labs maintains a strict no-
return and no-refund policy for labor-based work. This Return Policy
explains the circumstances under which items may be returned and the
procedures that must be followed.
1. Services Are Final Sale
All service-based transactions—including wraps, coatings, detailing, tinting,
disassembly/reassembly, and installations—are non-refundable. Deposits and
retainers are used to allocate shop resources and time, and therefore are
non-refundable, even if the job is cancelled or postponed.
2. Product Returns
a. Retail products sold (e.g., car care kits, detail sprays, accessories) may be
returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
b. Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
c. A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany all returns.
d. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days and
returned to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
a. Special orders, electrical parts, custom-cut films, and customer-supplied components are not eligible for return.
b. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for
reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
4. Return Process
a. To initiate a return, email hello@wraplabs.com with your request.
b. Approved returns must be shipped or dropped off at the location within 5
business days of approval.
c. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, and shipping charges
are non-refundable.
5. Dispute Resolution
All return-related disputes are subject to final review and resolution by Wrap
Labs management. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund not in
compliance with this policy.
