Serving Camarillo
Film for the nose that
takes the grade every day.
Count the chips on a Camarillo car and most of them came from the same few miles: the long climb up the Conejo Grade, traffic at speed, and loose stone lifted off the deck by whatever is running ahead of you. Add the grit that blows off open ag land and the front of the car is doing all the work. XPEL clear bra is an invisible, self-healing film that takes the strike, the abrasion, and the years, so the paint underneath does not have to. We’re twenty-five to thirty minutes east, at the top of the grade.
Built For The Grade
Where the damage comes from,
and what film does about it.
A clear bra is XPEL paint protection film: optically invisible, far thicker than vinyl, and self-healing under heat. It is the layer that meets the freeway stone and the field grit first, which on this side of the valley is the entire argument.
The grade is a chip machine
A long climb, traffic at speed, and loose stone lifted off the deck by whatever is running ahead of you. The Conejo Grade puts more rock into the front of a Camarillo car than any other few miles it drives, and it does it twice a day.
Farm roads and open ag land
Beyond the freeway the roads run past open fields, and what the wind does not carry, the tires do. Gravel, grit, and airborne debris work at a nose and a rocker panel constantly out here, in a way a garage-kept city car never sees.
Wear you cannot see happening
Rock chips announce themselves. The slow abrasion of wind-driven dust does not, and it is what leaves a five-year-old finish looking tired without a single visible strike. Film takes that wear on a layer that can be replaced.
Invisible, self-healing, wrapped edges
XPEL film stays optically clear with no orange peel and no visible line, and light swirls close up with heat from the sun or a warm rinse. Installed by an XPEL Authorized Dealer, which we have been since 2017.

Why drivers from Camarillo choose us.
Film is bought once and lived with for years, and the part that fails is never the film. It is the edge, the corner, the tuck that someone rushed. We have been an XPEL Authorized Dealer since 2017 and every panel is wrapped by hand, in-house, the way it has been since 2014.
Master-level installers only
No trainee learns on your paint. Every panel of every clear bra is cut and wrapped by a master-level installer, because on a car that lives in dust, an edge that lifts is a channel straight to the finish you paid to protect.
A climate-controlled, dust-free studio
Film cures clean or it does not cure right. Cars arrive here carrying the valley on every panel, and our studio is sealed and climate-controlled precisely so none of it ends up bonded between the paint and the film.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
I commute the Conejo Grade. Is that really where the chips come from?
Almost certainly. The grade is a long, fast climb with heavy traffic ahead of you, and a stone lifted by a truck at that speed carries real energy by the time it reaches your bumper. XPEL paint protection film is engineered to take that hit and spread it across the surface, so the strike lands on a layer you can replace instead of the clear coat you cannot.
How much of the car should I actually cover?
For a car that commutes east up the grade, a full front is the honest starting point, because the bumper, hood, fenders, and mirrors take nearly everything the freeway throws forward. Cars that also run the farm roads, or that you intend to keep, are worth talking about in full. Tell us how the car is driven and we will put a recommendation in writing.
It is not just rock. The ag roads coat everything in grit. Does film help with that?
It does, in the sense that the abrasion lands somewhere replaceable. Fine, wind-driven grit does not chip paint so much as it dulls and micro-scratches it over years. XPEL film takes that wear, resists staining, and self-heals light marring with heat, so the finish underneath stays as it left the factory.
The nose already has chips in it. Is it too late to wrap the car?
It is not too late, but the film goes over the paint as it stands, so whatever is in the finish now stays under it. That is a decision worth making with eyes open. Send photos with your quote request and we will tell you straight what is worth addressing first and what you can live with.
Will I be able to see the film on the car?
You should not. XPEL film is optically clear, with no orange peel, and we wrap the edges rather than leaving a line across the panel where dust and water can find a lip. That is the difference between a clear bra you forget about and one you notice every time you walk up to the car.
Why drive up the grade when there are shops closer to home?
Because a clear bra is only as good as the hands that cut and wrap it, and a lifted edge on a car that lives in dust is an invitation. Every panel here is wrapped in-house by a master-level installer, in a sealed studio, and we have been an XPEL Authorized Dealer since 2017. Read the 46+ reviews behind our 4.9 rating and decide.
