Mercedes-AMG G63 in satin white color-change vinyl wrap by Wrap Labs

Serving Malibu

A color change
for the way Malibu looks.

Along PCH and through the Country Mart, the supercar is the baseline, not the statement. A premium vinyl wrap is how you make yours unmistakable: a full color change, a satin or matte or chrome-delete finish, or a one-off nobody else is running, all of it over the factory paint and fully reversible when you want the original back. We build them to collector standards, twenty-five minutes inland up Malibu Canyon.

Finishes & Fleets

A finish as particular
as the car wearing it.

Color change, satin, matte, gloss, a chrome delete, or full commercial fleet branding that turns every mile of PCH into advertising. We work only in premium 3M and Avery Dennison films and install in a sealed studio, so the result reads like paint, not a sticker. That is the standard a Malibu car, or a Malibu business, should hold out for.

The Standard

Why drivers from Malibu choose us.

When the car is already rare, the finish is the only thing left to make it yours. We’ve wrapped to collector standards since 2014, and the way we work hasn’t changed: master hands, a sealed studio, and a reputation you can read before you hand over the keys.

Master-level installers only

No trainee learns on your exotic. Every panel is wrapped by a master-level installer, the difference between a finish that reads like paint at the Country Mart valet and one that looks like film from ten feet.

A climate-controlled, dust-free studio

Vinyl lays clean or it doesn’t lay right. Our studio is sealed and climate-controlled, so no airborne sand or coastal grit ends up under the film on a car that’s meant to turn heads on PCH.

A 4.9 Google rating, in public

46+ reviews you can read verbatim before you commit your car to us. We’d rather be vetted than ask you to take it on faith.

From Malibu

Twenty-five minutes
up Malibu Canyon.

From the coast, take Malibu Canyon Road inland to Las Virgenes and the 101 toward Westlake Village, about twenty-five minutes to the studio. A short run for the cars that warrant it, and yours comes back a different color entirely, with the factory paint untouched and waiting beneath.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The car lives near the water. Does salt air and open sun change what I should wrap it in?

It changes the conversation, yes. A car parked in the coastal sun and rinsed in salt air asks more of any finish, paint or film, so we talk through the film and the finish for how the car actually lives, not just how it looks in the swatch. A ceramic coating over the vinyl is worth considering, since it gives the wrap a surface that rinses rather than holds grit.

Is a satin or matte finish harder to keep clean on PCH?

It’s less forgiving than gloss, because a matte surface can’t be polished the way paint can. That isn’t a reason to avoid it, it’s a reason to know how to care for it, and we walk you through exactly that when you pick the car up. Plenty of the satin cars on the coast are ours.

Will you wrap a low-volume exotic with complicated bodywork?

That’s the work we built the studio for. Cars with deep curves, aero, and sharp creases are where a wrap either reads like paint or gives itself away, and every panel here is cut, laid, and tucked by a master-level installer. No trainee learns on your car.

If I sell the car or want the original back, does the wrap come off cleanly?

It does. The vinyl goes over the factory paint and lifts away later with the original finish untouched underneath, which is why a wrap suits a collectible car in a way a respray never will. You get the color you want now and the car you bought when you want it back.

Should the car have paint protection film as well, or is the wrap enough?

They do different jobs. The wrap carries the look, XPEL film carries the abuse, and on a car that runs Malibu Canyon and PCH the leading edges take real rock and gravel. We install both in-house, so we can spec the film underneath and plan the two layers together.

What does a wrap on a car like mine cost?

It depends on the car, the film, and how much of it you want covered, and a car with complex bodywork is genuinely more work than one without. Rather than post a number that would be wrong for most of these cars, we quote each one. Send us the vehicle and the finish you’re chasing and we’ll come back the same day, usually within the hour.
