Terms of Service

1. Services

Wrap Labs offers customization services including wraps, tint, detailing, paint protection, coatings, and accessory installations. All work requires a signed authorization form and a deposit to begin. Quotes are valid for 14 days and may be adjusted based on material costs or design complexity.

2. Payment

All invoices must be paid in full before vehicle release. Late payments may be subject to storage fees. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and certified checks. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.

3. Cancellations

Any cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may incur a $150 rebooking fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing.

4. Liability and Risk

Wrap Labs is not responsible for:

1. Pre-existing mechanical, cosmetic, or electrical issues.
2. Damage resulting from third-party interference or misuse after job completion.
3. Damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

5. Inspection and Acceptance

Clients must inspect their vehicle upon pick-up. Claims regarding service issues must be submitted in writing within 24 hours. After this period, all work is considered accepted.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wrap Labs, its affiliates, staff, and vendors from any claim or liability arising from your breach of this Agreement or your use of our services.

7. Changes to Agreement

Wrap Labs reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
