Serving Woodland Hills

For the car that bakes
while you’re inside.

Woodland Hills is reliably one of the hottest places in Los Angeles County, and the worst hours of it happen while nobody is driving. The car sits in an open lot from morning to evening, the glass lets the sun in and does not let the heat back out, and the interior cooks quietly all afternoon. XPEL Prime XR Plus is a ceramic window tint that rejects the infrared heat before it gets through the glass and blocks 99% of the UV that is cracking your dash. We’re twenty minutes west on the 101.

The Parked Car

The heat does its worst
while you’re at work.

There is no marine layer in the West Valley to take the edge off an afternoon. A dyed film will look the part for a season and then fade, bubble, and go purple under exactly that kind of sun. XPEL Prime XR Plus is ceramic rather than dyed, engineered to reject heat and hold its color for the life of the car, which is the only standard that means anything out here.

The car you come back to at 5pm

Nothing in Los Angeles County gets hotter than a closed car in an open Woodland Hills lot in July. Prime XR Plus rejects the infrared that pours through the glass and turns the cabin into an oven, so what you open at the end of the day is a car, not a kiln.

An interior that isn’t being cooked

Sustained heat and UV are what crack a dashboard, fade a headliner, and dry leather until it splits. Prime XR Plus blocks 99% of UV and turns away the heat that drives it, which on a car that lives outdoors is the difference between an interior that ages and one that gives up.

Air conditioning that gets to win

When the glass keeps letting heat in, the AC never catches up, it just fights. Cutting the infrared at the window means the system cools the car instead of holding a line against it, all the way from the lot to the far end of the 101.

No metal, so nothing drops out

Ceramic film carries no metal, so navigation, CarPlay, and cell signal hold steady, including in the parking structures the Valley is full of. And it holds its color, rather than turning purple the way dyed film does after one hard summer.

The Services

Everything your car needs,
under one roof.

Tint is where most Woodland Hills drivers start, because the heat is the thing you feel first. It’s one of six disciplines, all installed in-house by the same master-level installers, from invisible XPEL protection to a full color change.

The Standard

Why drivers from Woodland Hills choose us.

There is a tint shop in every strip mall on Ventura, and most of them will get film onto your glass by lunchtime. Tint is permanent, though, and a crease, a lifted corner, or a speck of trapped grit is something you look at for as long as you own the car. Our standard hasn’t moved since 2014.

Master-level installers only

No trainee learns tint on your glass. Every window on every car is cut and laid by a master-level installer, the difference between an edge you never notice and one that catches your eye every single time the sun hits it.

A climate-controlled, dust-free studio

Tint cures clean or it does not cure right, and a film laid in an open valley bay is a film laid in a dust storm you cannot see. Our studio is sealed, so nothing ends up trapped between the glass and the film.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

The car sits in an open lot all day. Will tint actually help by the time I get back to it?

That is the exact case ceramic tint is built for. Heat gets into a parked car through the glass, so film that rejects infrared is working the entire eight hours you are inside. It will not make the car cold, nothing will. It means you open the door to a cabin you can sit in rather than one you have to air out first.

Is ceramic really different from the cheap tint, or is that just the sales pitch?

They work differently. Dyed film darkens the glass and hopes for the best, and after a Valley summer it fades, drifts purple, and bubbles at the edges. Prime XR Plus is a ceramic film that rejects infrared rather than merely blocking light, which is why it can keep heat out at a shade you can still see through.

How dark can I legally go on the front windows?

California limits how much light the front side windows may block, and allows film only along a strip at the top of the windshield. Behind the front seats you have considerably more room. We give you the legal answer for your specific car before anything touches the glass, at no charge, because a ticket and a strip-out cost more than doing it right the first time.

My dashboard is already cracked from the sun. Is there any point now?

There is, because the rest of the interior is still on the same clock. Prime XR Plus blocks 99% of UV, so the seats, the trim, and the headliner stop taking the damage the dash already took. What is cracked will not come back, but nothing else has to follow it.

Do I have to lose visibility at night to get the heat control?

No, and that trade is the thing most people get wrong. Ceramic film gets its performance from rejecting infrared and UV, not from going black, so you can run a shade you are comfortable driving at night and still take the heat out of the afternoon. Tell us how you use the car and we will recommend accordingly.

Can I know the price before I make the drive out?

Yes. Tell us the car, which windows you want done, and how dark you’re thinking. We answer the same day, usually within the hour, with a clear written quote and straight legal guidance, so nothing is a question by the time you get on the 101.
