The 101 is chipping
your paint every morning.
It never happens all at once. It happens at freeway speed, one stone at a time, on a commute you make without thinking about it, until a year in the nose of the car has a story on it that no wash will take off. XPEL clear bra is an invisible, self-healing film that takes the freeway hits, the Conejo Grade debris, and the canyon grit so the clear coat never has to. We’re an XPEL Authorized Dealer since 2017, fifteen minutes east on the 101.
Freeway Miles, Answered
A chip is not an accident.
It’s the commute, arriving.
A clear bra is XPEL paint protection film: optically invisible, far thicker than vinyl, and self-healing under heat. It is the layer that meets the stone first. On a car that runs the 101 east and west every day, that is the difference between a nose that still looks new in three years and one that quietly stopped being worth photographing.
The commute is the damage
Nobody chips a car in the driveway. It happens at seventy on the 101, behind a truck, in the same lane you take every weekday morning, and the bill for it arrives quietly over a couple of years as the nose stops looking new.
The Grade throws everything forward
Traffic dropping west down the Conejo Grade carries grit, gravel, and whatever fell off the load in front of you, all of it arriving at the front of your car with real energy. Clear bra takes that strike and spreads it, so it stops at the film.
Invisible, and self-healing
XPEL film is optically clear with no orange peel and no visible edge when it is wrapped properly, and the light swirls a car wash leaves behind close up again with heat from the sun. The paint underneath is untouched, which is the entire idea.
A layer you can replace
Clear coat is a one-time resource: chip it and the only real fix is a respray, and a resprayed panel follows the car forever. Film is the sacrificial layer that takes the abuse in its place, from an XPEL Authorized Dealer since 2017.
The Services

ViewThe Standard
Why drivers from Newbury Park choose us.
Film is bought once and lived with for years, so the only thing worth judging a shop on is the edge work you will be looking at every time you walk up to the car. We have been an XPEL Authorized Dealer since 2017 and have worked to the same standard since 2014.
Master-level installers only
No trainee learns on your paint. Every panel is cut and wrapped by a master-level installer, and the edges are tucked, not trimmed flat, because an edge that lifts is where a good install turns into a bad one.
A climate-controlled, dust-free studio
Film cures clean or it doesn’t cure right. Ours is a sealed, climate-controlled studio, so the dust a valley car carries in never ends up trapped between the paint and the film for the life of the car.
A 4.9 Google rating, in public
46+ reviews you can read verbatim before you commit. We’d rather be vetted than ask you to take our word for it.
From Newbury Park
The same freeway,
one last unprotected run.
Head east on the 101 through Thousand Oaks to Westlake Village, roughly fifteen minutes to the studio on Via Colinas. It is the drive you already make. The difference is that on the way home the front of the car is wearing film, and every stone the 101 throws at it from then on lands on something you can replace.

Know the number
before you book the day.
Tell us the car, how many freeway miles it does, and how much you want covered, whether that is a full front against the commute or the whole car. Send photos of any chips you already have. We come back the same day, usually within the hour, with a written quote and an honest recommendation.
Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
It is mostly a freeway car. Is that better or worse for chips?
Worse, and it surprises people. Chips are a function of speed and traffic, and the 101 gives you both every morning. A stone thrown from a truck at seventy hits far harder than the same stone would on a surface street, and you take that hit five days a week.
Where do the strikes actually land on my car?
The bumper first, then the leading edge of the hood, the mirrors, the A-pillars, and the headlights, because those are the surfaces meeting the air head-on. That is exactly the map a Full Front covers, and it is where nearly every driver we see has their damage.
Coming down the Conejo Grade there is always debris in the lanes. Does film handle that?
That is the job. XPEL paint protection film is far thicker than vinyl and engineered to absorb an impact and spread it across the surface rather than let it punch through, so the strike lands on a layer you can replace instead of the clear coat you cannot.
How much of the car should I cover?
Most commuters start with a Full Front, because that is where the road throws everything. If the car is a keeper, or you take it up the canyon roads toward the Santa Monicas on weekends, a full-car or custom package is worth a real conversation. Tell us how you drive it and we will give you a straight recommendation, not an upsell.
Will the film look obvious, or go yellow sitting in the sun all day?
No on both counts, provided it is installed properly. XPEL film is optically clear, self-healing under heat, and made to resist staining and yellowing under exactly this kind of hard, dry light. What gives a bad install away is the edge, which is why every panel here is wrapped by a master-level installer and tucked rather than trimmed flat.
The nose already has chips in it. Is it too late?
Not at all, but what is in the paint now stays under the film, so it is worth deciding what to address first. Send photos with your quote request. We will tell you honestly what will polish out, what will not, and what the car actually needs before any film goes on.
