The aggression ladder

From a whisper to a full statement.

Every build sits somewhere on this ladder. Start with a clean lip and stop there, or go all the way to a riveted widebody. We fit and finish it at any rung.

01

Stage 1

Lip & Splitter

A front lip, side skirts, and a subtle splitter. Sharpens the stance without touching the bodywork.

Aggression 28%
02

Stage 2

Full Lip Kit

A complete lip kit front to back, plus a rear diffuser. One cohesive, aggressive street look.

Aggression 52%
03

Stage 3

Over-Fenders

Bolt-on over-fenders widen the track and the attitude: the gateway into widebody territory.

Aggression 76%
04

Stage 4

Full Widebody

A complete widebody conversion with wings and functional aero. The full statement.

Aggression 100%

A guide to scope, not a fixed menu. Many builds mix rungs (say, an over-fender stance with a Stage 1 lip).

Aero & Widebody

How a build comes together

Fitment is the whole game.

A kit out of the box is just panels. The result comes from the bodywork, the gaps, and the finish: the part the catalog photo never shows. Here is how we build it, and what each material brings.

Plan the look

We map the car, the kit, and the finish (bolt-on or full widebody) and exactly what it involves.

Test-fit & bodywork

Every panel is mocked up, aligned, and prepped so the gaps come out factory-clean.

Finish & install

Paint, wrap, or raw carbon, then mounted with proper hardware and a final alignment.

Choosing your material

Material Character Best for
FRP / Fiberglass Durable and paintable: the value path Full kits on a budget, street builds
Polyurethane Flexible and impact-friendly Lips and splitters that take abuse
Carbon Fiber Light and stiff, weave on show or painted Weight savings and a show finish
Forged / Dry Carbon The lightest, stiffest option Serious aero and track-focused builds

Material characteristics are general guidance; the right choice depends on the kit, the car, and your goals.

Finish the stance

Wide body, right wheels.

A widebody kit deserves the fitment to fill it. Forged wheels and the proper offset complete the look.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a bolt-on kit and a full widebody?

A bolt-on kit, lips, skirts, and over-fenders, attaches to your existing bodywork and is often reversible. A full widebody conversion replaces or extends the fenders and quarter panels for a dramatically wider stance. We help you choose based on your car, your goals, and whether you want the option to return to stock.

Do I have to cut my car for a widebody kit?

It depends on the kit. Many over-fender and bolt-on widebody kits, including much of the Liberty Walk and Rocket Bunny lineup, are designed to mount over or alongside the factory panels, while some full conversions require trimming. We will tell you exactly what your chosen kit involves before any work begins.

Can you paint or wrap the kit to match my car?

Yes. Because we handle paint, vinyl wrap, PPF, and finishing in-house, your aero can be painted, wrapped, or left as genuine carbon fiber under clear, whatever suits the build. We color-match and blend the kit so it flows with the rest of the car instead of looking bolted on.

Will a body kit affect how my car drives?

Functional aero like splitters, diffusers, and GT wings can add real downforce, while many street kits are primarily about stance and looks. Wider fitment and lower lips can change ground clearance and tire sizing, so we walk through the practical trade-offs, driveways, ride height, and tires, up front.

Which brands do you work with?

We fit and finish kits from the names that define the scene, including Liberty Walk, Rocket Bunny, Vorsteiner, 1016 Industries, and APR, along with other quality manufacturers. If you already have a kit in mind, bring it to us. If you are still deciding, we will help you find the right fit for your car and budget.

How long does a body kit installation take?

Timelines vary widely with the kit and the amount of bodywork, paint, and finishing involved, from a few days for a bolt-on lip or wing to a couple of weeks for a full widebody with paint. We give you a realistic schedule for your specific build during your consultation.
